Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I for our Copperfield location in NW Houston.

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained and identify discrepancies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Investigate and resolve variances prior to payment processing.
• Enter invoice data, prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers while ensuring records are complete, accurate, and timely.

Associate’s degree preferred with a minimum of one year of accounting or related experience required.
