- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Associate’s will be considered if candidate has healthy experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in multiple accounting functions. Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as Quick Books Online or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Customer service or customer‑facing experience required; this role supports the legal department and other departments at the firm and will foster strong working relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Will handle other related duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as Quick Books or SAP. Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

This role will work onsite Monday–Friday. Professional casual dress code. Collaborative and welcomes a growth mind set.
