Pay Rate: $70- 95/HR Ideally would like someone to sit in Houston but open to remote for the right candidate
Must Have

- Property accounting knowledge
- Operating expense recovery
- Mixture of office tower and retail

- Retail experience would be helpful

Minimum of 5-7
Education:
Bachelor's degree would be preferred

Yardi is a MUST Good excel skills MS Office
Summary:
As a CBRE GL Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
