What You'll Do

+ Own core accounting functions including GL activity, journal entries, and reconciliations

+ Play a key role in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements to support business decisions

+ Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and fixed assets

+ Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

+ Leverage Excel to analyze data, improve processes, and drive efficiencies

What They're Looking For

+ Bachelor's in Accounting (Minimum of GPA 3.0+)

+ 2+ years of corporate accounting experience (GL, reconciliations, month-end close)

+ Strong Excel skills (formulas, functions, data analysis)

+ Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting with practical knowledge of core accounting processes and controls.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.

- Experience working with accounting or ERP systems and the ability to manage financial data accurately within those platforms.

- Proficiency in journal entries and general ledger maintenance.

- Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail and a consistent approach to problem-solving.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

- Self-motivated and dependable, with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on deliverables.
