Pay Range: 70K-115K

• Maintain compliance with applicable U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Maintain compliance with SOX controls over corporate accounting
• Assist in collaboration with cross-functional groups such as BD, HR, HSE, IT, Real Estate, Tax, Treasury, and Legal to deliver accurate and timely reporting for executive and upper-level management
• Assist in month-end close processes to facilitate timely and accurate financial results for indirect support functions and corporate accounting processes, as well as forecast and budget support
• Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Gather information and review data to ensure the accuracy of accruals and month-end results

• CPA or actively working on completing
• Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or other related field and two to five years of experience in accounting-related roles
• Between 2-10 years of experience
• SAP experience: specifically in fixed assets and intercompany transactions
• Oil and gas background
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
• Knowledge of US GAAP
