Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Accounting Clerk to join a thriving company in the North Houston area. The Bilingual Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting the accounting department.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour Benefits:
Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period.

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month

• Conducts clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and completing basic forms.
• Utilizes various office equipment, including copiers, scanners, phones, computers, and other standard office machinery.
• Copies, organizes, and files records of office operations, business transactions, and relevant subjects.
• Manages filing systems both manually and electronically to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Enters data into Quick Books and performs account reconciliations and journal entries tasks.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned, in alignment with job requirements.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of accounting experience, preferred
