Accounting Specialist Long Term Temporary
Accounting Specialist Long Term Temporary (6 months), could go longer Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Accounts Receivable duties:
- Issue accurate invoices to customers
- Record incoming payments appropriately
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue accounts and follow up with client
- Access customer portals for invoice processing and status
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to client inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner
- Maintain A/R files
Accounts Payable duties:
- Responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing all invoices for payment
- Prepare and mail invoices to customers
- Mail checks to customers
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to client inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner
- Maintain A/P files
- A good understanding of accounting basics
- Quickbooks experience is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good time management skills that know how to prioritize
- Good follow through skills
- Manufacturing experience would be a plus
