Property Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join a growing team. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely deliverables, and successful project completion from start to finish.

• Manage accounting responsibilities for approximately four assigned projects/properties.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and working capital reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement reports.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to support project goals and financial objectives.
• Assist with month-end and reporting processes as needed.
• Identify issues, ask questions, and proactively drive projects to completion.

• 2-3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Real estate or property accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with MRI software is a plus.
• Strong Yardi experience may be considered in lieu of MRI.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
