Overview
Tarvos Talent is partnering with a high-growth company in Houston, TX to identify a Lead Accountant. As the Lead Accountant, you’ll oversee core accounting functions including AP, AR, and collections, while helping drive process improvements and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with AP, AR, and collections processes
- Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
