Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

• High-impact leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Board
• Oversight of accounting and financial operations across domestic and international entities
• Significant involvement in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and strategic planning

• Lead monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidation activities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Prepare executive and board‑level financial reporting packages
• Manage inventory accounting, costing, and related financial controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations
• Coordinate annual audits and support technical accounting matters
• Oversee cash flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and financial performance analysis
• Maintain effective internal controls and financial governance processes
• Partner with operations, HR, procurement, and other functional leaders
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting personnel

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred
• CPA required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred
• Experience with consolidations and international operations
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Prior supervisory and team leadership experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and business partnering skills
