What You'll Do

Be a key financial leader across the organization:

+ Lead month-end and year-end close with accuracy and efficiency

+ Prepare and deliver financial statements and executive reporting

+ Supervise and mentor a high-performing accounting team

+ Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls

+ Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic insights

+ Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

+ Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting

+ Oversee audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors

+ Optimize cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships

Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for a strong leader with both technical depth and business acumen:

+ 10+ years of accounting/finance experience and 5+ years leading teams and developing talent

+ Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and controls

+ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

+ ERP experience (Epicor a plus)

+ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ High integrity and attention to detail

Education & Credentials

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ CPA preferred (or in progress)
