Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

This is a high-impact, highly visible Controller role where you’ll work directly with executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping the financial future of a growing, mid-sized organization targeting ~$350M in revenue.

• Own full-cycle accounting, including financial close, reporting, and overall accounting operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering accountability and collaboration
• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, process improvements, and key initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls, systems, and reporting accuracy to support business growth
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership

• Active CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on Controller experience in a mid-sized company
• Proven ability to lead teams and operate both strategically and tactically in an on-site environment
