About the RoleJereh North American Group is hiring a Staff Accountant for our Houston JFK office.
This role is focused on the daily accounting work that keeps the business moving: accounts payable, accounts receivable, Expensify expense reports, invoice support, reconciliations, documentation follow‑up, and month‑end support.
What You Will Handle- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
- Invoice review, billing support, and vendor documentation
- Expensify expense report review, coding, approvals, and reconciliation
- Payment support, account reconciliations, and month‑end close assistance
- Follow‑up on missing receipts, invoices, approvals, and backup documentation
- Daily accounting support for finance, operations, and business teams
- Accurate recordkeeping and transaction tracking
- up to 5 years of accounting, AP, AR, billing, expense reporting, or reconciliation experience
- Experience with Expensify or a similar expense management system
- Strong Excel skills
- Good attention to detail with invoices, receipts, reports, and transaction records
- Comfortable working onsite in Houston
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and employees
- Mandarin bilingual communication ability
- Experience in manufacturing, oilfield services, industrial equipment, logistics, power generation, or a similar business environment
- Experience working in a multi-entity or international company environment
- ERP or accounting system experience
