Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead month‑end close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements
  
  • Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition, including complex contracts and high‑volume transactions
  
  • Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and accruals
  
  • Partner with operations and field leadership to resolve revenue and accounting issues
  
  • Support internal and external audits, including analytics and variance explanations
  
  • Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
  
  • Management experience with ownership of GL and month‑end close
  • Deep working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
  
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP and reporting systems experience preferred
