Accounts Payable / Accounting Analyst (Contract Opportunity)

Chase Source is partnering with a respected Houston‑area organization to identify an experienced accounting professional for an immediate opening.

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience processing and entering invoices in Microsoft Dynamics (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet development, reporting, auditing, and chart creation
• Experience with corporate credit card reconciliations and expense auditing
• Experience with Centage / Planning Maestro or similar budgeting and reporting software is a plus

• Process and reconcile invoices through the organization's invoice management system
• Reconcile bank statements and accounting records
• Monitor invoice workflow and assist with approval‑related issues
• Communicate with department stakeholders regarding invoice corrections and budget transfers
• Support financial reporting activities, including utility and operational expense allocations
• Maintain and update financial tracking spreadsheets and reports
• Assist with other accounting and finance‑related projects as assigned
• Duration: 3‑Month Contract Assignment (With a possibility of extension)
• Compensation:
  Target range of $75,000–$85,000 annualized equivalent, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates
