** As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will:*
* + Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities

+ Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements

+ Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers

+ Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service

+ Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development

+ Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment

** What you bring to the role:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

+ 3+ years of experience in public accounting

+ Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software

+

Experience with Pro System fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus

+ A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism

+ Strong project management and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
