This Senior Accountant Role will work on the SEC Team and will report into a dynamic leader that is supportive and brings a positive energy to the team.  

This Group has had internal move into another team and is looking to bring on a candidate that has recent SEC knowledge.  Client would love someone out of public accounting with 3 plus year's with CPA or parts passed or out of industry with current SEC experience.  This company offers Company's compensation make up is base salary, bonus potential, equity potential, other great perks (Ask me what) and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated experience in SEC reporting, including preparation of periodic filings for a public company.

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial statement presentation, and disclosure requirements

Public Accounting

CPA or parts passed
