Federal Tax Experienced Associate – Deliver industry‑focused tax advisory and compliance services to middle‑market clients, becoming an expert in a specific industry sector.

• Provide federal tax compliance and advisory services to S‑corporations, partnerships, individuals and corporations ranging from middle market to multinational companies.
• Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues, help to draft IRS responses and address other tax authority inquiries.
• Team with leaders on special projects in corporate and flow‑through taxation such as accounting methods and ASC
  740.
• Develop recommendations for clients, discuss and strategize with leadership.
• Communicate and collaborate with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters, including state and local, high‑net‑worth, international, research and development, along with credits and incentives.
• Learn and grow through direct on‑the‑job coaching, mentoring and firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.

• One year of experience.
• 4‑year degree.
• License eligible.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or related business field with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state considered.
• CPA or JD license preferred.
• One or more years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm.
• Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, problem solving, leadership, project management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Pay range: $67,030.00 to $87,980.00.
