• Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC
  740
• Prepare federal income tax returns and state corporate income tax returns and related work papers
• Prepare book to tax adjustments and reconcile deferred tax balances for temporary differences
• Reconcile tax accounts and other computations as needed to support the tax provision
• Assist with preparation of apportionment data and calculations for state filings
• Assist with preparation of responses for audit information requests and notices
• Research tax laws related to federal and state tax matters
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably in Accounting)
• CPA and/or MBA, a plus
• Limited domestic travel may be required.
