Responsibilities
- Coordinate Accounts Receivable activities for construction projects
- Interact frequently with employees from Operations and Sales groups, and with customers
- Prepare and issue monthly AIA pay applications to customers
- Monitor aging reports to ensure payments are up to date
- Follow up with customers to facilitate collection of payment
- Process lien waiver requests and send lien notices
- Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Generate accurate and timely invoices
- Bachelor or equivalent degree or 1-2 years of construction AR experience
- Accounting or Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Experience with Procore or Levelset is preferred but not required
- Accounts Receivable
