Senior Financial Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team supporting a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close while partnering with teams across multiple business units.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with consolidated financial reporting and management reporting packages
• Analyze financial results, research variances, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Partner with accounting teams across multiple business units to support accurate and timely reporting

• Prepare recurring financial reports and consolidation schedules
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and automate manual workflows
• Support financial systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Assist with year-end reporting and external audit requests
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets
• Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and ERP systems
• Exposure to Power BI, One Stream, or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
