4 Years Public Accounting Experience Required + CPA License

This is the kind of Tax Manager role that gives you options. You'll have your own client portfolio, plenty of autonomy, and the chance to build lasting relationships with business owners and high net worth clients, while being part of a firm that's continuing to grow.

The work is varied too. Family offices, private equity, hedge funds, partnerships and high net worth individuals, giving you enough variety to keep things interesting without feeling like you're constantly starting from scratch.

They're looking for a CPA with 5+ years of public accounting experience and strong partnership and K1 experience. Someone who's comfortable reviewing work, supporting junior staff and becoming a trusted point of contact for clients.

The package is strong. Fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, 3 weeks PTO from day 1, increasing to 4 weeks after your first year, profit sharing into your 401(k), 11 paid holidays, plus ongoing support with CPE and your CPA licence.
