Bilingual Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Clerk to support billing operations and customer account administration for a Long-term Contract position in Houston, Texas. This role blends invoice processing, payment application, and day-to-day customer support to help keep financial records accurate and current. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with transaction data, responding to account questions, and managing recurring billing activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily invoice entry and prepare billing documents using shipping and delivery information to ensure accurate customer charges.

• Support customers and internal sales partners by handling order-related questions, resolving account issues, and assisting with service inquiries.

• Maintain customer pricing details and approved discount structures so billing reflects current account agreements.

• Process recurring customer billing on established schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing cycles.

• Reconcile credit card, cash, and check transactions each day and apply incoming payments to the appropriate accounts.

• Prepare batch reports, complete daily postings, and keep financial processing on schedule with established timelines.

• Update finalized invoices after deliveries are completed, then print, distribute, or send documents to customers as needed.

• Organize files, create labels, and maintain supporting records for invoices, receipts, delivery logs, and related documentation.

• Assist with month-end activities and research customer account history, pricing, and payment details to support accurate resolution of inquiries.
