Accounting Associate – AP/AR Specialist

Great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with a strong AP/AR and bookkeeping background to join a commercial real estate team!

What they're looking for:

• 6+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities
• Bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Cash management and cash-based accounting
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and Balance Sheets
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly organized, accurate and able to work independently
• Yardi Voyager experience is a big plus
• Quick Books experience preferred
• Commercial real estate/lease administration exposure is a plus

What you'll be doing:

• Full-cycle AP & AR
• Vendor invoices, payments, ACH and wires
• Tenant payments, deposits and receivables
• Daily cash management across multiple entities
• Bank reconciliations and routine journal entries
• Payroll processing through Quick Books
• Lease administration and tenant billing support
• Bookkeeping for additional related entities and operations
