We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team by leading month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, ensures accuracy, and enjoys improving accounting processes.
Responsibilities- Lead month-end and year-end close activities
- Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Support AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and fixed assets
- Assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and SOPs
- Support inventory accounting, job costing, and profitability reporting
- Partner with finance and operations teams on key initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (IES preferred)
- Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close experience
