Accounts Payable Clerk
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented accounts payable clerk to support a busy accounting department. This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process vendor invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and records
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Support month-end closing activities
