Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, payment execution, vendor issue resolution, and month-end AP activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent follow-up, and experience working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Analyst position:

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with reconciliations.
• Support payment runs, AP aging review, and month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval procedures.

Qualifications for The Accounts Payable Analyst:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with invoice matching, coding, reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills preferred.
• Organized, accurate, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
