You're a Great Fit for This Internship If You:

• Are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related major with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
• Are authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment while taking initiative and ownership
• Are flexible and able to work onsite at client locations as needed

As a Forensic Litigation Services – Commercial & IP Intern You Will:

• Organize, review, and summarize documents produced by clients.
• Prepare document request lists.
• Research relevant information including property records, entity filings, and industry data.
• Schedule financial and/or tax return information.
• Identify relevant entities and prepare organizational charts.
• Assist in deposition, mediation and trial preparation strategies and preparation of exhibits.
