- Accounting for payroll, bonuses, and benefits
- Accounting for prepaid expenses, sales, discounts, and accounts receivable
- Maintaining general ledger accountability and ensuring accurate month-end close processes
- Performing consolidations, including intercompany eliminations
- Preparing financial reporting packages and supporting materials for the parent company
- Providing support for internal and external audits
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in general ledger accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
