• Hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

• 5-10 years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing and/or Oilfield Services (OFS) experience required
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
• POC (Percentage of Completion) accounting experience preferred
• ERP experience

• Lead month-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial and operational performance metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Partner with operations to improve business performance
• Assist with POC revenue recognition processes
• Drive process improvements and internal control initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional projects and business planning
