Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

The Encompass Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held company in the manufacturing and industrial products space to identify a high-caliber Controller to join their leadership team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who can own the accounting function while also providing strategic financial guidance to leadership
. The company is growing quickly and needs someone who can strengthen financial reporting, build scalable processes, and improve systems.

• Lead accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow, financial controls, and financial planning
• Develop and improve reporting, processes, systems, and KPIs
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business decisions
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability
• Build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued company growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong Controller-level accounting and financial leadership experience
• Experience in a growing or rapidly changing organization
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Strategic thinker who is still willing to be hands-on
• Experience building processes and financial infrastructure
