Our Houston, TX based client is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to manage all aspects of the company’s internal and external financial reporting. Our client is looking for a candidate with 2 plus years of SEC reporting or public accounting experience.
Job duties include:- Prepare and review all SEC external reporting requirements as well as XBRL tagging
- Work on 10
Ks and 10
Qs - Participate in the month-end close process
- Prepare corporate financial analyses
- Reporting through reconciliations through US GAAP financials and local GAAP financials
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Assist with SOX 404 compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2 or more years in financial reporting
- Public accounting experience is preferred
