Senior Operations Accountant

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (5% – 10% bonus)

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and forecast future performance
• Monitor division revenue, costs, KPIs, and financial performance against budget
• Support monthly close activities through the collection and reporting of critical financial information
• Prepare variance analyses and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
• Develop and maintain management reporting for divisional and executive leadership
• Support internal controls, audits, and compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• 3 – 5+ years of accounting, finance, or related analytical experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle Net Suite preferred
• Strong analytical skills and financial reporting experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
