Jr Accountant

** Junior Accountant*
* We are seeking a Junior Accountant for an opportunity that is well suited to recent graduates with an Accounting degree. This role requires no prior experience and focuses on core accounting support across account analysis, variance review, inventory control, and documentation maintenance. The position involves working with balance sheet accounts, factory accounts, general overhead accounts, subledgers, and SAP-supported inventory processes. It also includes support for audit checklists and basic IRA/Tax compliance back-ups.

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay rate is $30 to $35 per hour.

** What You Will Do?*
* + Reconcile balance sheet, factory, and general overhead accounts against subledgers accurately.

+ Review basic budget versus actual variances across standard operational lines.

+ Verify master data, inventory movements, WIP, and physical counts in SAP.

+ Update tracking templates, databases, and departmental shared folders as needed.

+ Support audit checklists and basic IRA/Tax compliance back-ups for department needs.

+ Perform additional tasks as required by the department and assigned by management.

** Your Skills*
* + Recent Accounting degree graduates are encouraged to apply for this Junior Accountant role.

+ Ability to review account reconciliations and identify basic variance issues accurately.

+ Familiarity with SAP and inventory-related accounting support processes.

+ Strong attention to detail when updating templates, databases, and shared folders.

+ Capability to support audit documentation and basic IRA/Tax compliance back-ups.

+ Willingness to handle additional department tasks as business needs change.

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
