Senior SEC Reporting Accountant
Compensation: $120K–$130K Base + Bonus + LTIP

Senior SEC Reporting Accountant Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other SEC filings.
- Assist with financial statement and footnote preparation, tie-outs and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and support Form 4 filings and other SEC reporting requirements.
- Assist with technical accounting work papers including equity roll forwards, consolidations, statement of cash flows
- Utilize Workiva for financial statement preparation, collaboration and SEC filing processes.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting, including drafting disclosures and completing tie-out procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit support requests.
- Assist with earnings releases and related financial schedules.
- Research technical accounting and disclosure matters as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline reporting processes.
Senior SEC Reporting Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- CPA HIGHLY preferred or in process.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Ideally 2–3+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to full audit engagements.
- SEC reporting, public company financial reporting or financial statement preparation experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
