Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

  • Own the accounting function for both the company and affiliated entities, providing broad leadership exposure.
  
  • Work in a project-based environment where your financial insights directly impact profitability and operational performance.
  
  • Lead external audit activities and collaborate with lending partners, expanding your executive-level experience.
  
  • Influence technology and ERP improvements that increase efficiency and reporting capabilities.

• Lead, mentor, and manage accounting staff, including Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.
  
  • Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable operations.
  
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reporting, and variance analyses.
  
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and cash flow planning.
  
  • Lead audit preparation, compliance reporting, internal controls, and job cost accounting initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  
  • CPA and/or Master's degree preferred.
  
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, job cost accounting, and Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue recognition/accounting.
  
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting ERP systems.
