Payroll Specialist
Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to process payroll and ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll for multi-state employees and handling payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities- Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll
- Review and audit payroll data for accuracy
- Manage timekeeping and payroll adjustments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Process garnishments, benefits deductions, and tax with holdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Respond to employee payroll questions
