• Oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Provide leadership in tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.
• Conduct audits and reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts, providing strategic insights for business planning.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and tools to support business growth and operational efficiencies.
• Stay updated on changing financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continued compliance and relevance.
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license is required.
• Proven experience as a CPA or in a similar senior accounting role.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong financial modeling, auditing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
