As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to join our finance team.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Provide leadership in tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.
- Conduct audits and reviews, identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts, providing strategic insights for business planning.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and tools to support business growth and operational efficiencies.
- Stay updated on changing financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure continued compliance and relevance.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license is required.
- Proven experience as a CPA or in a similar senior accounting role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong financial modeling, auditing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
