Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.

• Prepare and review financial statements and account reconciliations.

• Manage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial matters.

• Lead and develop accounting team members.

• Support audits and other compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

• Previous management or supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.

• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership.
