Accounts Payable Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments
• Oversee vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance, and compliance documentation
• Review AP aging reports and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Partner with internal departments to improve payment processes and operational efficiency
• Supervise, train, and mentor an AP Specialist

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Strong understanding of 1099 compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience with Net Suite and/or Stampli is highly preferred
