We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to provide broad accounting support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities. This position is on an ongoing contract basis.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with AP and AR functions
+ Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
+ Support month-end and year-end close processes
+ Maintain financial records and accounting documentation
+ Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
+ Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
+ Provide administrative support to the accounting department
Requirements
2+ years of general accounting experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Strong Excel skills
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
