Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliation efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-focused environment and has strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
+ Generate customer invoices and process billing transactions
+ Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer payments
+ Monitor aging reports and conduct collections activities
+ Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
+ Maintain customer account records
+ Prepare AR reports and account reconciliations
+ Support month-end close activities
Requirements
2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Experience with billing, cash applications, and collections
Strong Excel and ERP system experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
