About the Role

Working directly with accounting leadership and project managers, this role plays a pivotal part in keeping the financial engine running smoothly. Because ARC operates as an agile, collaborative firm, this position touches both project-based accounting and general business operations, covering the full lifecycle of project accounting from contract setup and client invoicing through subconsultant processing, plus operational and administrative support that keeps the office moving forward.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Deliverables Project Accounting and Billing

Set up and maintain projects, phases, and add on service agreements in alignment with contract terms
Generate, review, and issue accurate monthly client invoices, coordinating closely with Project Managers to ensure all hours and expenses are captured
Monitor accounts receivable, post client receipts, and assist with professional, consistent AR follow up
Process subconsultant invoices, track contract caps, and s
