Cash Application Specialist

We’re looking for a Cash Applications Consultant to support customer payments, account reconciliation, and resolution of payment discrepancies. If you have 3+ years of experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable, strong Excel skills, and a sharp eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

• Apply customer payments across ACH, wires, checks, and credit cards
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify out-of-balance payments
• Use Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to research and analyze payment information
• Follow up with customers to obtain missing remittance details
• Review and analyze AR aging reports
• Partner with AR, Credit & Collections, and Sales teams to resolve payment and account issues
• Support month-end reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cash application records

• 3+ years of experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Hands-on experience with payment reconciliation and account balancing
• Experience reviewing and working with AR aging reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• JDE/ERP experience is preferred
