Staff Accountant

Growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting, cash management, intercompany accounting, and treasury functions. This is a hands-on role supporting month-end close, reconciliations, cash reporting, AP, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities and monthly close.
• Maintain accurate financial records and complete routine account reviews.
• Monitor cash activity and assist with cash flow reporting.
• Handle AP activity for corporate and related business entities.
• Assist with recurring transactions and reconciliations between business units.
• Support treasury functions, financial reporting, audits, and accounting process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on exposure to AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Experience with cash management or treasury-related functions preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with an accounting/ERP system.
• Background working with multiple entities or business units preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
