Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + Bonus

Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet activity
• Oversee outsourced accounting resources supporting AP, AR, fixed assets and sales tax
• Manage financial and internal reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Support treasury and cash management activities
• Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditures and related reconciliations
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Review payroll and employee expense accounting
• Coordinate tax compliance and support external audits
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and reporting
• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements and process improvements
• Partner closely with senior leadership on accounting and finance initiatives

Accounting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Net Suite experience highly preferred
• ERP implementation or conversion experience strongly preferred
• Strong month-end close, financial reporting and general accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience managing employees and/or outsourced accounting resources
• CPA or Master's degree preferred, not required
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
