Responsibilities
- Support Sales team with estimating simple quotes.
- Administrative duties including order and quote entry, production coordination, faxing, copying, filing, and more.
- Prepare customer correspondence.
- Set-up production tickets.
- Resolve customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns.
- Acquire material for resale from vendors.
- Liaison for sales team and other key company departments.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- High school diploma
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
