Join us at Sylvan Learning as an Administrative Assistant (Part Time) in Kingwood, TX. Sylvan Learning has been helping students succeed in school for over 35 years, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to be the first contact for our center, handling phone calls, visits, and inquiries from parents and students.

The Admin/Coordinator supports the Center Directors by scheduling appointments, managing reception duties, supporting student activities, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves checking in clients for identity screening and test proctoring.

We seek a team player who works well with others to ensure students succeed and parents receive excellent customer service.

• Two years of office experience preferred
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn our center operations software
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction

• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Prioritization, multi-tasking, and producing accurate work
• Creating a professional and welcoming front desk environment
