Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems to ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed, creating a welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
