This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and project support, helping leadership stay focused on strategic initiatives and organizational growth.

Your work will be essential in maintaining structure, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the executive leadership team.
  • Manage complex scheduling, communications, and coordination across multiple priorities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of organizational initiatives and special projects.
  • Prepare and manage confidential information, correspondence, and executive documentation.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address operational and logistical matters.
  • Support leadership in maintaining organizational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through research, preparation, and coordination efforts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with executive and organizational goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other productivity software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Our mentality is to find the best, attract the best, and pay the best talent—which is why we prioritize quality over quantity of hires. While we offer zero-stress medical, dental, and vision coverage, competitive salaries, and a generous PTO policy, we're way more excited to tell you about a few "perks" that are unique to Psych Plus. We’ve spent time thinking through what it means to be a modern mental health company and how we can better align these additional perks with our mission and values.
